The location was perfect, just a couple of minutes from St Mark's! The cozy room had a lovely view of the cathedral. Easy access to shops and restaurants made our stay delightful.
Felt immediately at home, nothing to complain about.

It was just a decent option for strolling around in Venice with good price-value balance. The staff were so friendly and helped us with local dining spots. Try to get a room away from the kitchen for a quieter morning.

I loved the central location, just a short walk to St Mark's Basilica and the Rialto bridge. The room felt cozy and was nicely decorated, making it a pleasant space to come back to after exploring. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us. They even carried our luggage up the stairs since there's no elevator, which was much appreciated. The continental breakfast offered was decent, although I wished for more hot options. A little area at the back for snacks was a nice touch too, particularly since dining out can get pricey. The only downside was the thin walls. I could hear the neighboring guests at times, which was a bit disruptive. Additionally, some of the power outlets in the room didn’t work, and the mattresses could use replacement for better comfort. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement.

We loved being just a few minutes' walk from St Mark's Square, making sightseeing so easy with our young kids. The staff were friendly and spoke perfect English, which was a great help during our stay. Plus, the breakfast pastries were a delicious treat!
My kids wished the breakfast had more options for picky eaters.

We had a wonderful time exploring nearby attractions, and the breakfast selection was a delightful surprise, especially the pastries. The room was clean and perfect for our needs during the stay, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
In my wife's opinion, a larger bathroom with more storage for toiletries would be great for families.

Super close to the ferry and St Mark's Square, making it perfect for exploring. The staff were so friendly and helped us with our plans. Rooms were comfy and cozy for our group. Definitely recommend for a fun trip!
It was a bit annoying that there was no lift, and the stairs were steep. Just a heads up for anyone with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

missingWrote a review on Oct 14comfortable bedgreat accessnoisy hairdryer
Noise from other guests can be a significant issue, especially with wall-mounted hairdryers that take forever to dry hair and are incredibly loud. Additionally, there are only disposable plastic cups available in the room, which can feel cheap. With the absence of a kettle and coffee-making facilities, having a warm drink in the morning could have been more convenient.

Perfect location near St Marks Square. Rooms clean and comfy but very steep stairs. Friendly staff. Breakfast had decent options but could use more variety.

adjacent St Mark's Square, outstanding room cleanliness, small outdoor area for food
The bathroom could easily flood due to a problematic shower setup!!! No elevator makes lugging bags upstairs a tiring chore after a long day!!!

The location was fantastic for our large family! We loved exploring St Mark's Square, just a short stroll away. The staff were super friendly, and we really enjoyed the breakfast selection, especially the pastries and coffee that were a hit with the kids.
My children wished for a more powerful hairdryer. it took too long to dry hair. An upgrade would really help families staying here.

The staff here were unbelievably helpful, one guy named Maximiliano went out of his way to recommend us some fantastic local spots, loved the food he suggested! Also the location is killer, just a short walk to all the major attractions like St Marko and Rialto bridge.
Sure it wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was still acceptable for what we got.

The whole story in a nutshell
Perfectly located, just minutes from the iconic sights, this gem offers exceptional service. My room was spacious and well-appointed, catering to all needs. Breakfast was a delightful start to the day despite its simplicity. Just be prepared for those steep stairs! I’ll definitely return for another Venetian adventure.
